I give myself a moment to feel.

To take a few deep breaths and just be.

In the stillness.

It only takes a moment.

It is a very precious moment.

It connects me to my body and my heart.

And instead of thinking about the answers to my feelings and looking for them in my head, I try to feel them and let them come from my heart.

Because that’s where my life begins.
